Fundación para Apoyo a la Infancia (FAI), is a regional center of Save
the Children-Mexico, an organization dedicated to creating lasting
change in the lives of children in need around the world.
As a non-governmental organization (NGO), FAI carries out its mission
with a relatively small staff, supported by an extended network of
volunteers. It takes the collaboration of many individuals to accomplish
everything they do, including, but not limited to, fund-raising, lobbying,
communication campaigns and direct services to children and their
communities.
Solution
In response to the need of all staff and volunteers to develop a
common understanding, vision and competency to articulate FAI’s
mission to any potential collaborator, Dr. Senior conceptualized and
implemented the FAI Ambassador Training Program.
